There are times in ones life when we are in a place where we have nothing to give, but we are only able to receive. At those times, friends come along, lift you up and help you through those lows. Sometimes, God sends you an angel that continually checks in, brings meals and faithfully prays for you and your family. Denise is one of those friends. She has been such a blessing to me in a difficult season of life. This family has three precious daughters and my girls look at them as little sisters. I couldn’t help but smile throughout the shoot as I saw how much love this family has for one another. Enjoy these precious photos my dear friends. You are loved!

When the Gregg family asked me to take their family photos I was ecstatic. I had the privilege of taking Justin’s senior photos last year, and their oldest daughter Kaitlyn is one of my girls’ favorite babysitters. Our girls love their kids so much and we are so blessed to have such precious friends.

I loved photographing my friend’s new baby. He’s such a doll, and although he wouldn’t sleep, we got some sweet photos of him. Welcome to this world Baby Matthias. We love you!

There is something so easy and fun photographing your good friends and a fellow photog. I walked away from this session with a huge smile on my face and felt more energized than when I walked in. I love that! Last year, the youngest wasn’t walking yet, and now he’s 2, and so big. He killed me with his pirate smile and loudly declared, “cheese”. Of course, the rest of the boys are adorable too and I love thinking back to all the growth and progress each one has made since last year. I love you CAIN family. Enjoy these precious photos!

Senior photos are seriously my favorite. Since moving to Northern California, Justin’s family has become our good friends here and we have enjoyed getting to know them better. With a guitar in hand, you can tell where his passions lie as he played off on and on through our session. He’ll be traveling through 4 countries in Europe this coming spring with his senior class. I can’t wait to hear where life will bring him.
